The next General Meeting of the party will be held on Thursday 23rd February at the Unite union office on Holdenhurst Road, starting at 7.30pm.

The following day, Friday 24th February, the next meeting of the Bournemouth Fabian Society, founded in 1892, will be taking place.  This event will be entitled "Co-operative Values in Today's Society" on 24th February, and will, as ever, be held at the Friends Meeting House in Boscombe.  For more details, download the flyer by clicking here (pdf).  The Fabian Socity has a number of exciting events coming up, featuring a number of prominent and influential speakers.  For more details, please click here.

The Bournemouth Labour Party is starting a 100+ Club, to help fund the level of activity and service that residents and party members in the town would want to see - and deserve.  Initial plans are to hold the first prize draw at the April members meeting.  Members can join by setting up a standing order using this form (Word).  For more details, please contact Roger Luffman, Treasurer, via rogerluffman@gmail.com

On Thursday 26th April, Johanna Baxter, CLP representative on Labour's NEC, will be coming to speak to New Forest West Constituency Labour Party.  This is an excellent opportunity for party members to listen to someone who attends the NEC and is at the heart of how the Labour party is run, and members from other CLPs are more than welcome to attend.  The venue will be the Carpenters Arms Pub, 103 Burley Road, Bransgore, BH23 8BA, and the meeting will start at 7.30pm.  For more information about Johanna, please download the flyer by clicking here.
